Doris has a lively interactive teaching style along with enthusiasm for the subjects she teaches and presents.  Students and participants say that time with Doris is a fun learning experience.  She also does teaching in other states besides Colorado. 

Doris taught for Colorado Department of Health and Human Services for thirty years.  She retired from that position December,  2016.

Currently, Doris is a Reiki Master Teacher teaching al’ levels of Reiki as well as Cherokee Body Work.  Her goal has been to create a Reiki Community in the Elbert/Douglas County area.  There are now sixteen members in that community.
